The Z-Ware™ software user interface is so
easy-to-use that all levels of users can make
competent process decisions based on viewing
and analyzing RF data. It allows your PC
to act as both a control and display device
for probe data. The program allows you to
monitor, control, and automatically collect
reported voltage, current, and plase—which are
presented graphically as well as numerically.
Frequency-tracking option allows continuous
measurement of a variable-frequency
generator.
Closed-loop control option controls
“delivered” power to the process chamber
for tighter process control.
End-point option provides a 0-10 Vdc
end-point signal based on any RF parameter
derived from the fundemental or any
harmonic frequency.

-Z-Scan Sensor Head-
The sensor is housed in a compact,
shielded enclosure. Its on-board electronics
convert the signal to an intermediate
frequency that is not susceptible to noise
ELECTRONIC MODULE
The electronic module contains signal
converters as well as analog, processor, and
interface boards. The analog board receives
sensor data. The processor sets the frequency,
reads sensor input, and contains a RS-232
connection for flexibility. The data bandwidth
is 10 readings per second
